DFYtapes is the brand name of Welltech Packaging Products Co.,Ltd. Qingdao, now changed the name as Qingdao Dafuyuan New Material Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DFY) located in Qingdao, China, the factory covers an area of nearly 20 acres. We are one of the leading manufacturers in the industry of adhesive products for 29 years. DFY started its business in 1994, when it's still a infancy, DFY was a trading company mainly focusing on selling tapes. We established our first factory in 1997 and began to OEM for customers by using advanced equipments purchased overseas. In 2016, DFY expanded a second factory to increase the capacity of production and storage. Adhesive Tape Coating

Adhesive tape coating is the production process of using a coating machine to apply glue to the backing material. Backing materials are PI film, PET film, PVC film, aluminum foil, PE foam, EVA foam, etc. Glue is silicone, acrylic glue, and rubber, etc. The width is from 500mm to 1300mm. Single-sided tape only needs to be coated on one side, only coated one time. Double-sided tape requires double-sided adhesive coating, requiring secondary coating.

Adhesive Tape Rewinding

Tape rewinding is to use the rewinding machine to rewind the coated jumbo rolls into log rolls of standard length like 33m or 66m. Convenient packaging and transportation as well as cutting and die-cutting.

Adhesive Tape Lamination

Adhesive Tape lamination is the process of laminating double-sided tape to a specified material without a backing, or the process of laminating multiple layers of material together using double-sided tape to make a composite material.
